Look what's outside my Mom's bedroom window....
It's two baby hummingbirds! They hatched a week ago, and will begin to fly in three more weeks.
I have never seen a baby hummingbird let alone two, and apparently they are very rare.
Isn't it crazy how the nest looks like its apart of the tree? Awh, I just think they are so adorable.
I just hope I didn't blind/scare them to death with my huge flashing Nikon.

ReplyDeleteI remember when I was a kid a bird made a nest in the wreath my mom had put on our front door. We couldn't figure out why every time we opened we'd see a bird fly lol. It looked like it was just part of the wreath.
